Lyuba Kazarnovskaya is a famous Russian soprano, pedagogue, musical public figure, a host of her signature radio and TV programmes. Her shining signing career started with the Stanislavsky Musical Theatre Moscow to continue at the Bolshoi and the Mariinsky Theatre in Saint Petersburg. After her international debut at the Salzburg Festival in 1989, Kazarnovskaya performed at all leading world stages – the Metropolitan, La Scala, the Covent Garden, the Vienna State Opera House, etc.

Lyuba Kazarnovskaya will come to Malta not only as a singer but also as a film director for she will shoot a documentary on the festival’s events and participants. Russian TV channels will cover the project.

Famous opera arias, operetta and musical hits together with music by The Beatles, Alexey Shor and songs from the repertoire of Frank Sinatra, Luciano Pavarotti, Maria  Callas, Fjodor Schaljapin and Liza Minnelli.
